Weekend Wrap-Up
$250
For the Bride who is ready to hand off the final details to a professional. Endearing Events will make your moment happen. With two scheduled meetings at 6 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the event together we will review your details of venues, vendors and decor, make a checklist of things that still need to be done and a checklist for Endearing Events to take care of in the last 2 weeks, and make an itinerary for you and the other party members for rehearsal and the day of. Now you can take that deep sigh of relief. The week of Endearing Events will call all vendors and confirm details and time and place and send directions if needed. Assist or direct rehearsal and wedding day ceremony and reception. Endearing Events will be available via phone and email for any assistance you might need. All last minute details can be handled by Endearing Events and we will make sure everyone is in their places on time for your special day. This package includes the Day of... section below.

Day of...
When you just need that extra someone to handle all the fine details of the day so you and your family can enjoy the day. Endearing Events will arrive at least 2 hours prior to ceremony and stay until the last moment. (For most events this is 10 hours total; can be more if necessary)
(Assist in reception venue set up if needed)

•Assist with dressing of bride, attendants, and flower distribution
•Provide Wedding Day Emergency Kit
•Oversee ushers and seating of guests
•Direct ceremony entry and exit
•Direct reception and coordinate details with DJ, photographers, videographers, etc on the entrance, first dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss and exit
•Distribute final payments to vendors
•Coordinate the departure of items to family- gifts, cake, book, portrait, and other additional items


It's Your Day
$375
This is the complete wedding coordinator package that gives you the ultimate service. Endearing Events will be your coordinator every step of the way from the moment you get engaged until you depart for your honeymoon. This package is created for today's Bride who has many other things going on and needs someone to brainstorm with and narrow down all the details. The It's Your Day Package allows you to meet with the coordinator and discuss your ideas, needs, expectations, and brainstorm for the best possible event or you can just convey and idea or theme and tell Endearing Events to make it perfect.

Included but not limited to are the following:
•Initial meeting to get overview of wished, colors and decor
•Create a personal notebook with itinerary to fit your schedules, budget and samples
•Comprehensive list of are vendors
•Arrange appointments with vendors
•Etiquette guidance and suggestions
•Pass on and discounts
•Set up accommodations for out of town guests
•Unlimited phone calls and emails
•Continuous updates and details, payment and checklist
•Assist with wedding party letters
•Assist with selection of hair/make-up artists
Provide venue site rules to vendors
•Set up transportation for the wedding weekend for guest and wedding party
•Choosing and planning for invitations and thank you notes
•Assist groom with his duties
2 weeks prior- consult with officiate to review ceremony
•Set up meetings with musician and final meeting with vendors
Obtain bridal items for ceremony/reception: goblets, napkins, portrait
•Create detailed itinerary, contact sheet and map for vendors
Personally contact each vendor during the week of to ensure details and services
•Work with bride and groom for seating of the family at ceremony
•Direct and assist at rehearsal- provideding each attendant with itinerary for the day of
•Provide Wedding Day Emergency Kit
•Assist the bride and attendants dressing for ceremony
•Distribute final payments to vendors
•Coordinate with florist, flower distribution and placement
•Direct seating of guests with ushers and processional order
Bustle wedding gown at reception
•Coordinate reception details: entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasting, bouquest/garter toss, exit, etc
•Coordinate the departure of items to family- gifts, cake, book, portrait, and other additional items

Also includes:
•Arrange and attend vendor appointments
•Assist with save the date and invitations and programs
•Assist with map and directions
•Assist with bridal gown fittings
•Attend meetings with musicians to select music
•Assist with bridal portrait, obtaining bouquet and being on site
•Deliver all wedding day accessories and miscellaneous items to ceremony or reception venues (portrait, bridal book, pens, programs, cake, napkins, servers, goblets, cake topper, gifts, etc)
•Return cake structures to bakery
•Return rental tuxes to shop

Decor
$30-40/hour
The Decor package is for the bride who needs that extra person who can decorate. All of us have friends and family but we want them there while we get our hair and make-up done. Endearing Events understands and will take your ideas and your materials and decorate your ceremony and/or reception site. This includes making sure all tables are set up according or your plan, set up favors, place cards, portrait, gift and guest book tables; decorate the cake tables, place floral arrangements and set up accessories; decorate ceremony site and finish extras like lighting candles, setting out guest book, etc.

Video Montage
$150
Share all your happy memories of each other with all your party guests or give as a special gift. This package includes one brainstorming meeting for discussing ideas for the video and a second meeting to view proof and make any additional changes. Videos about 15 minutes are usually best for showing at an event and includes about 100 photos. If you would like a more storybook version then longer is better. Scanning of your photos can be done by Endearing Events for an extra charge of $45; Endearing Events also can arrange the rental of a projector and screen for viewing, that cost is $100

The Affair
$150 - $400
Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Receptions only, Bridal and Baby Showers, Birthday and Anniversary parties or dinners, Church events, Reunions, Holiday Events, Fundraisers, Destination Weddings or parties
The Affair Package includes several brainstorming meetings and creating an itinerary, obtaining decorations, designing or choosing invites, mailing invites, arranging to meet vendors on day of for set up and direction of timeline, decorating your choosen venue. Prices vary based on the event and hours involved; call Endearing Events for an estimate.
